Meet JW Strategies Founder: Dr. Julia
Dr. Julia Blandin Wiener is a former Fortune 500 Rockstar who enjoys serving as an Exec Coach, Scaling Business Consultant and Future Author. Together with an amazing partnership team, she built a 300-employee company from scratch and sold it to a Fortune 300. Now she brings that Midas Touch for cultures and leadership to rising execs and smedium-sized businesses in Texas, the southeast and a growing number of locations across the US.
Julia holds a PhD from Indiana Wesleyan University in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Organizational Psychology, Culture as well as an Executive Leadership Performance Coaching Program Certification from Brown University School of Professional Studies. Her focus areas include workplace culture (culture management and executive leadership development), rockstar leadership, goal setting, mindset shifting, organizational design and emotional intelligence. Julia is based out of Dallas, Texas.
